Processing Time: All orders are custom-made and personalized just for you! Due to the nature of our products, we have a 7-day turnaround time for production. However, most orders will ship before the full 7 days, and we'll do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, the shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. The available options will include standard, expedited, or express shipping, and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Local Pickup: If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order, please reach out to us directly before completing your purchase. We will provide you with the appropriate discount code to use at checkout to waive the shipping fees. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you with the pickup details.
