What is your turnaround time?
Since all our items are handmade and personalized, we typically require 7 business days to complete orders before shipping. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I see a proof before my item is made?
For most custom orders, we can provide a digital proof upon request. Please note that requesting a proof may add extra processing time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local, we can arrange a pickup time once your order is ready. We are based in Goshen, NY. Please reach out to us in advance for a pickup code.
