• Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
